2006 North Metro President's Scholarship Recipients

The President's Scholarship is the most prestigious scholarship offered by the Institute, the only merit-based scholarship that offers a "full ride". Out of over 4600 applicants, 24 students from the North Metro Club area were selected as semi-finalists this year. After the semi-finalist interviews in mid-January, 4 students from the North Metro area were selected as finalists. Of those, 3 students accepted President's Scholarship offers and will be attending Tech in the fall of 2006.

These students are:
Emily Jackson - Milton High School
Katie Kelfer - Centennial High School
Jessica Richards - Milton High School

Each of these students were awarded varying scholarship amounts renewable for their four years at Tech contingent on maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.2.
